Returns and Exchanges Policy
Posh Petite is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging,
for a refund, exchange or store credit within 10 days of receipt of the item. Simply call us within 10 days of receipt of the item and we will give you a return
authorization number (RNA), which is valid for 10 business days. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we receive your return without a Return Authorization Number, after the allotted 10 business day window has passed, or if we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense.
We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined on our Customer Care page in the Shipping Information section.
- Hand painted, personalized, custom designed furnishings and all made-to-order items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned, as they are crafted to your personal specifications.

Custom-designed furnishings, bedding, accessories, select gifts and clothing, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Warranty Information
Posh Petite upholds the warranties offered by the artisans and manufacturers who craft our furnishings.
Because the scope and duration of our manufacturers’ warranties vary, we encourage you to ask a Posh Petite Design Consultant for specific warranty information on products of interest.

Shipping charges are determined based on the total amount of your order and are listed below. These rates apply only to orders shipped via ground shipping within the contiguous United States.

Certain items, such as larger furniture pieces, which are bulky and heavy, require extra care and incur a Delivery Surcharge, in addition to the appropriate charge outlined above. Orders Outside Contiguous United States
International orders and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur higher charges than stated above.
Please call us for exact prices for these shipments and for specific information regarding international orders.
Often times an item will only be available for delivery within the 48 contiguous states, which will be outlined in the product description.
Standard Delivery vs. Premier Delivery
Standard Delivery for larger items includes placement of the item just inside the main threshold of your home or building (delivery to any floor other than the main floor will require our Premier Service).
For an extra fee, you may request Premier Delivery, which includes placement of the item in the room of your choice, unpacking the item, and removal of packaging debris (assembly service is not provided).
Freight Shipments
If you are receiving a shipment from a freight carrier, the delivery company will call ahead of time to schedule your delivery. You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery.
When your order arrives, you are responsible for performing a thorough inspection of your shipment, in the presence of the driver. If you find any signs of damage to the item’s packaging, it is imperative that you note the damage on the driver’s delivery ticket. Delivery Time
Because many products on poshpetite.com are hand crafted and made- to-order, shipping times given in the product descriptions are estimates. We will always make every effort to expedite the manufacturing and shipping of items to you and will notify you promptly of any delays. Posh Petite cannot be held responsible for delays beyond the estimated delivery times given.
